As an Experienced Painter at Smith&Co; Group, you'll work across Gold Coast's high-end commercial construction projects. You'll be responsible for: Delivering high-quality finishes across commercial projects.

Brushing, rolling and spray painting.

Surface preparation, patching, sanding and repairs.

Applying coatings accurately and consistently.

Following project specifications, colours and finish requirements.

Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.

Working efficiently and meeting project deadlines.





Following company and site processes to maintain quality and consistency.

Identifying issues early and communicating them with your supervisor.

Working as part of a team while taking ownership of your own work.

Experience & Requirements

3–5+ years of proven painting experience for experienced painter positions.

Commercial construction experience highly regarded.

Trade qualification or significant proven industry experience.

Construction White Card – mandatory.

Spray painting experience highly regarded.

Australian work rights:

Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable experienced candidates, depending on skills, experience and eligibility.
