Job Description

About 80% of your week is picking, packing and dispatching online orders. The other 20% is looking after the customers behind them: order changes, returns and refunds. You'll report to the Warehouse Manager and work in a small, close-knit team of 4.

Key responsibilities

n

Pick, pack and dispatch daily online orders accurately using scan-based picking.

n

Book couriers and print shipping labels so orders leave on time, every day.

n

Coordinate stock transfers with our Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne stores to complete orders.

n

Receive and inspect returns, and put stock back to its correct bin location.

n

Keep the warehouse tidy and stock locations accurate.

n

Contact customers by email and phone about stock issues, delays and substitutions.

n

Handle order changes, such as address updates, size swaps and add-ons, before dispatch.

n

Process refund and exchange requests promptly and fairly.

n

About you

n

Experience in pick/pack, dispatch or ecommerce fulfilment.

n

Transparent, friendly written communication, because you'll be emailing customers most days.

n

Accurate and quick, and you notice when something's off.

n





Comfortable learning systems; Shopify or any inventory/WMS experience is a plus, and full training is provided.

n

Reliable, and happy being on your feet and lifting up to 20kg.

n

An interest in combat sports or training is a bonus, not a requirement.

n

$70,000 + super.

n
