Job Description

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who likes variety and takes pride in making things work. You'll be at the center of the Australian office, combining office coordination with executive support, payroll administration and People & Culture activities. One day you might be organizing travel for senior management, the next welcoming visitors, preparing payroll information or helping a new colleague get off to a great start.

Key responsibilities

n

Support senior management with calendars, meetings, travel, presentations and day-to-day administration

n

Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and incoming calls

n

Keep the office running smoothly by coordinating facilities, suppliers, couriers and general office needs

n

Support payroll administration, including timesheets, leave, employee records and new starters

n

Coordinate internal meetings, events and team activities

n

Support onboarding, internal communication and other People & Culture activities

n

Work with confidential employee, payroll and business information, knowing when to share, when to ask and when to keep something to yourself

n

Are organized and comfortable keeping several things moving at once

n

Take initiative and find practical solutions when something needs doing

Communicate confidently and professionally with different people

n

Handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion

Are approachable, helpful and someone colleagues feel comfortable turning to

May have experience in office coordination, administration, executive support or HR administration

n
