Job Description

Enhanced Care Association is seeking Disability Support Workers for day, community access, and overnight shifts in Forest Lake/Jindalee. You will provide 1:1 support to young people with complex disabilities, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and participation in therapies and community activities.

Role requires high-intensity support experience, secure manual handling, and current First Aid/CPR plus a valid driver's license.
