About the Role
n
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) while creating a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and educators. You will lead by example, mentor your team, and ensure the service operates at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre
n
- Lead, mentor and support a team of educators
n
- Maintain compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and organisational policies
n
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
n
- Manage enrolments, occupancy and centre administration
n
- Support quality improvement processes and programming practices
n
- Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children
n
n
About You
n
n
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
n
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- A current Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
n
