The successful applicant will be involved in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of a wide range of sheet metal products, working from engineering drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
n
- Mark out, cut, fold, roll, and fabricate sheet metal components.
n
- Operate fabrication equipment.
n
- Perform welding and assembly of fabricated components where required.
n
- Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and company standards.
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
n
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
n

Skills & Experience
n
Essential
n
n
- Trade qualification in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Boilermaking, or relevant industry experience.
n
- 5+ years experience highly regarded.
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
n
- Experience operating sheet metal fabrication machinery.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward safety.
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
n

Desirable
n
n
- MIG/TIG welding experience essential.
n
- Forklift licence.
n
- Experience in stainless steel mild steel and aluminium fabrication.
