We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional service SK is known for.

n

The Role

n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, leading by example and bringing out the best in their team.

n

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team, you'll help keep service running smoothly, support and develop the front-of-house team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team throughout service.
n
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy, premium restaurant.
n
- Creating exceptional guest experiences and confidently handling guest enquiries.
n
- Coaching and developing team members to consistently deliver high service standards.
n
- Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
n
- Maintaining presentation, food safety,



compliance and operational standards.
n

About You

n

You're a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the floor and knows what great service looks like.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality professional in a premium venue.
n
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
n
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
n
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
n
- A current RSA Certificate.
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
n
