About the Role
n
As part of the Reliance Workforce team, you will support a range of construction and precast projects through hands‐on labouring and trade support work.
n
Responsibilities include
n
n
- Assisting trades with day‐to‐day construction tasks
n
- Handling and installing materials (including precast elements where required)
n
- General site labouring, loading/unloading materials
n
- Site clean‐ups,
preparation and maintenance
n
- Following all WHS policies to ensure a safe workplace
n
- Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Experience in general construction, labouring or trade assisting
n
- Physically fit – capable of regular lifting 10–20kg
n
- Reliable, punctual and safety‐focused
n
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
n
- Willing to learn and adapt on site
n
- Minimum provisional driver's licence and own reliable transport
n
- Over 18 years of age
n
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
- Forklift Operators- with up to 12 tonne experience with concrete/ steel
n
n
