Warehouse Manager | Bulky Goods & Furniture

Location: CBD, NSW

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Super

n

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

I am looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to step in and take full ownership of a busy NSW facility.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll be running daily operations and leading from the front:

n

- Leading the Team: Guiding, training, and motivating a floor crew of 5 staff to keep engagement and productivity high.
n
- Daily Operations: Overseeing container scheduling, devanning, incoming stock, picking, packing, and dispatch.
n
- Inventory & Stock Control: Keeping stock accuracy tight through regular cycle counts, full stocktakes, and accurate reporting.
n
- WHS & Safety: Driving a strong safety culture on site, particularly around safe manual handling of heavy and bulky items.
n




- Process Improvement: Finding practical ways to streamline floor processes and boost operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Furniture / Bulky Goods Experience: Direct, hands-on experience managing a site that handles heavy, non-standard items is essential.
n
- Strong Leadership Skills: A proven track record of managing, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
n
- Logistics & WMS Savvy: Solid understanding of warehouse systems, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain logistics.
n
- Safety First: Up-to-date knowledge of WHS regulations and safe manual handling practices.
n
- Organised & Practical: A proactive problem-solver who can handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
