About the Role

n

This is a permanent part-time position, with hours ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week, depending on the operational needs of the service. Flexibility to work varying hours across our operating days is essential.

n

You will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality education and care within a warm, play-based environment, supporting each child's individual learning, development and wellbeing.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
n
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families
n




- Contribute to observations, documentation and educational programming
n
- Support children's individual development, wellbeing and interests
n
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating setting
n
- Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team
n
- Contribute positively to the day-to-day operation of the service
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

n
- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or approved equivalent
n
- Has a genuine passion for working with children
n
- Has a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
n
- Is reliable, flexible and works well as part of a team
n
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Holds a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- Holds current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications, or is willing to obtain them
n
- Have completed the mandatory Child Safe Training
n
