The Role

n

Reporting to the Finance Manager, with a dotted line into the Head of Finance, this broad FP&A; Analyst role will provide support across finance and the wider business. You will work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, delivering meaningful reporting and analysis to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Weekly and monthly project reporting and analysis
n
- Partnering with Project Managers on project performance and cost reporting
n
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
n
- Project and overhead cost analysis
n
- Preparing reports and insights for ELT and SLT stakeholders
n




- Supporting compliance, audit and technology initiatives
n
- Assisting with process improvements and reporting enhancements
n
- Working across ERP systems, with future exposure to Power BI
n

About You

n

We're looking for a hands-on and proactive finance skilled who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

n

n
- Infrastructure, construction or project-based experience preferred
n
- Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills
n
- Comfortable working in a manual finance environment
n
- Fast learner who isn't afraid to ask questions
n
- COINS experience highly regarded
n
- Full working rights, with PR/Citizenship preferred
