Based at our Landsborough office, you'll prepare accurate, itemised quotes for minor, mid and major home modifications across NDIS, DVA, HCP and private clients. This role sits right at the heart of how we deliver for our clients. Every accurate, well-prepared quote you put together is a step closer to someone getting the modification that lets them live safely and independently at home.
Key responsibilities
- Interpreting OT reports, drawings, photos and site notes to build compliant scopes
- Applying pricing, inclusions and exclusions consistently, and working closely with our Leading Estimator on best-practice standards
- Liaising with OTs and clients to clarify requirements and chase missing information
- Keeping AroFlo up to date with statuses, notes and documents
- Meeting daily quote output targets as part of a high-performing team
About you
- Strong administrative background and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working at pace across a high-volume workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to pick up technical and construction terminology (training provided)
- Good computer literacy, with the ability to learn AroFlo, SharePoint and Teams
- AI-curious and open to recent technology, with a growth mindset
