We are recruiting a team of people to support our client to cover holidays and special events. Our client, a prominent Education Facility located South of the River, is currently seeking to establish a team of casual Receptionists to provide skilled administration and customer service on an "as required" basis.
Initial training will be provided, then you will be "on call" to step in and support as required.
This role involves:
- Meet and greet students, parents and visitors
- Managing incoming calls
- Prioritising incoming correspondence and initiating items for action
- Manage all workflow processes
- Maintain student records
- Provide statistical data and information
- Maintain accurate information in the database systems
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years administration/reception experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to make decisions when required and to be proactive
- Excellent presentation
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months)
- Current Working With Children WA Check
