Recovery & Wellness Assistant - Casual

This role will be responsible for assisting the Head of Performance, Recovery & Wellbeing with the daily administration and operation of the business.

The position includes reception duties, administration, maintenance of the facility and assisting members and guests in accessing our recovery modalities.

While knowledge of recovery modalities such as contrast therapy, cold exposure, heat exposure or compression therapy is a valuable bonus, we prioritise a willingness to learn and a positive disposition.

Weekend & evening availability is required.

Role Objectives

- General Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including administration, managing appointments, enquiries, memberships, emails & phone calls.
- Social Media Content: Develop and maintain a dynamic social media presence to engage our community and attract new clients. Create compelling content that highlights our services,



events, and promotions.
- Business Representation: Represent the facility at meetings, events, and networking opportunities, promoting our services and building relationships within the community.
- Signature Events Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating signature events and workshops aimed at enhancing the wellness experience for our clients. This includes managing logistics, marketing, and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure all clients feel welcome, supported, and valued throughout their experience at the facility.
- Facility Cleaning: Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace throughout the facility, ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients and staff.

Qualifications

Mandatory

- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable Qualifications or Experience

- Recovery & Wellness qualifications
- Marketing/Social Media or Business qualifications
- Working with Children Check
- Applicants 16 Years and above
- Weekend & evening availability required

Job Type: Casual Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
