Your Day-to-Day

Business Development

- Reach out to our existing client base to grow current accounts and win more work from them
- Meet with clients on-site to understand their needs and stay ahead of what's coming up
- Build strong, long-term relationships that keep clients coming back to you first
- Cold call and reverse market candidates to potential clients, BD training provided

Candidate Delivery & Account Management
- Write job ads and manage compliance
- Work closely with your dedicated offshore resourcer, who is fully trained and will handle initial candidate screening for you
- Take the shortlist and find the right fit, matching people to the right jobs and clients
- Organise interviews and job offers




- Juggle multiple roles and clients at once
- Build solid relationships with your regular workers so they keep coming back for the next job
- Follow up post-placement to make sure everything runs smoothly

What You Need
- Recruitment or sales experience essential, blue-collar recruitment experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Great phone and admin skills
- Confident, motivated, and a people person
- Ready to take over a hot desk and keep the momentum going
- A driver's license and full rights to work in Australia
