About the role

Stareast International Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Refrigeration Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, supporting existing customers, and providing refrigeration solutions that meet their technical and commercial requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in refrigeration, HVAC, engineering sales, or a related technical industry.

You will be confident communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the refrigeration and HVAC markets.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information, quotations, and technical support.
- Recommend appropriate refrigeration products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and orders.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to coordinate customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Attend customer meetings, trade events, and site visits where required.




- Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

About you

- Previous experience in refrigeration, HVAC, technical sales, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions.
- Good commercial awareness and confidence discussing pricing and product options.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
- Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- A current driver's licence, if required for customer and site visits.
- An engineering degree or relevant technical qualification will be considered a bonus, but is not essential.
