Regional Student Recruitment & Partnerships Manager – GEDU Medical (Australia)

Salary: Equivalent of USD $3,000 per month (paid in local currency), plus a generous performance-based bonus scheme.

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Regional Student Recruitment & Partnerships Manager to drive student recruitment, partnership development, and market growth across Australia.

This exciting role combines student recruitment, business development, school engagement, education agent management, and event delivery. It is ideally suited to a motivated professional with a passion for international education and a proven ability to build strong networks across the Australian education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment

- Promote GEDU Medical programmes to prospective students across Australia.
- Conduct student counselling sessions, information seminars, and programme presentations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified medical school applicants.
- Achieve monthly and annual student recruitment targets.
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Advise students and parents on international medical education pathways and admissions requirements.

School & Careers Counsellor Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with secondary school careers advisers, counsellors, principals, and school leadership teams.
- Organise and deliver school visits, presentations, and medical career workshops.
- Serve as the primary GEDU Medical representative for school partners across Australia.
- Increase awareness of international medical education opportunities among students, parents, and educators.
- Establish long-term partnerships with independent, public, and faith-based schools.

Education Agent Management

- Develop and strengthen relationships with education agents across Australia.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-performing agency partners.
- Deliver training sessions on GEDU Medical programmes, admissions processes, and recruitment best practices.
- Provide agents with marketing materials, recruitment tools,



and ongoing support.
- Monitor partner performance against recruitment targets and service standards.
- Conduct regular business reviews and implement performance improvement plans where required.
- Organise agent networking events and familiarization visits.
- Expand the regional agent network to maximise student recruitment opportunities.

Certificate Programme Events

Organise and deliver GEDU Medical Certificate Programmes, including:
- CPR Training
- Suturing Workshops
- Injection Techniques
- Ultrasound Workshops
- Medical Career Discovery Programmes

Responsibilities include:

- Planning and coordinating events from concept through to delivery.
- Securing venues and managing event logistics.
- Coordinating doctors, trainers, and facilitators.
- Working with schools and careers advisers to drive participation.
- Managing registrations and event communications.
- Delivering engaging and high-quality student experiences.
- Capturing, nurturing, and converting prospective student leads.

Education Exhibitions & Events
- Represent GEDU Medical at education exhibitions, career expos, school fairs, and recruitment events.
- Deliver presentations to students, parents, counsellors, and education professionals.
- Build relationships with prospective students and key stakeholders.
- Promote the GEDU Medical brand across Australia.
- Support national and regional marketing initiatives.

Partnership Development

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with:
- Secondary schools
- Education agents
- Education consultants
- Medical organisations
- Career advisers and counsellors
- Professional associations
- Government and education stakeholders

Regional Travel

Extensive travel is required across Australia, including but not limited to:
- Sydney
- Melbourne
- Brisbane
- Perth
- Adelaide
- Canberra
- Gold Coast
- Newcastle

Additional international travel may be required for conferences, recruitment events, training programmes, and partner meetings.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Minimum of three years' experience in international education, student recruitment, business development, or partnership management.
- Experience working with secondary schools, universities, pathway providers, or education agents.
- Strong understanding of the Australian education sector.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Strong organisational and event management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
