With an established presence across multiple states and a solid reputation built on quality, innovation and customer service, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations across South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

This is a rare opportunity for an industry professional who understands the heavy vehicle sector and can combine commercial leadership with operational oversight to drive performance, profitability and growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of regional performance across sales and service operations, leading a team of Business Development Managers while working closely with workshop leadership to ensure business objectives are achieved.

This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who understands the transport industry from the ground up. We are particularly interested in candidates who have progressed from a trade, workshop, mechanical or heavy vehicle background into sales, operational or senior leadership positions.

You'll retain an active presence with key customers, support business development initiatives, and be accountable for the financial performance of the region.

Travel throughout South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory will be required,



making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships and being actively involved in the business rather than remaining office based.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead regional sales and operational performance across SA, VIC, TAS and NT
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion
- Full regional P&L; responsibility including budgeting, forecasting and expenditure management
- Coach, mentor and develop a team of Business Development Managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Manage your own portfolio of strategic accounts
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, market share and customer retention
- Work closely with workshop leadership to maximise productivity and profitability
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture across the business

About You To be successful in this position, you'll bring a combination of commercial leadership experience and genuine industry knowledge.

Ideally, you'll have spent time working on the tools as a Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Technician, Workshop Supervisor or similar before progressing into leadership,



sales or operational management roles.

You will also demonstrate

- Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering commercial results
- Strong understanding of the heavy vehicle, transport, trailer manufacturing or related industries
- Experience managing workshop, service or operational environments
- Sound financial and commercial acumen with P&L; responsibility
- A track record of driving growth and developing customer relationships
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to influence teams and create a high-performance culture

What's On Offer

- $170,000 base salary $21,000 car allowance
- Performance bonus of up to $50,000 per annum
- Responsibility for a key region covering South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory
