About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly registered Migration Agent or someone at the beginning of their career in Australian migration law with Legal Practitioner Number (LPN).You will receive training, guidance, and mentoring from experienced migration professionals while gaining practical experience across a broad range of visa and nomination applications.
The company will also cover the cost of your professional insurances.
Key responsibilities include
- Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of visa and nomination applications
- Conducting research into Australian migration legislation and relevant requirements
- Preparing and organising supporting documentation
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems
- Drafting client correspondence and communicating with clients under supervision
- Assisting with compliance procedures and quality control
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism across all work
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about migration, eager to develop their skills, and committed to providing excellent client service.Applicants may be based in Australia or overseas. Candidates should hold their own current MARA registration (MARN), or legal license number.
Requirements
Registered Migration Agent (MARN), or intending to register soon A sound understanding of Australian migration processes and legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good time-management and file-management abilities A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently while taking direction and guidance when required
Strong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client service
