As an Registered Nurse within the Acute Aged Care Unit, you will work and deliver safe, evidence-based care to patients.
You will play a vital role in monitoring patients, assisting with clinical interventions, supporting activities of daily living, and contributing to effective care planning and discharge processes.
The Acute Aged Care Unit provides specialised care for older adults experiencing acute illness, complex medical conditions, cognitive impairment, delirium, dementia, falls, and functional decline.
