Your new role

Join the Endoscopy Unit at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital and provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care across a purpose-built multidisciplinary service. You'll work alongside nursing, medical and operational teams supporting diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, gastroenterology outpatient services, Pillcam and infusions.

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Develop and consolidate your clinical knowledge and skills in Endoscopy and gastroenterology care.
- Contribute to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, education and clinical leadership within the unit.
- Support patients and families through education, communication and person-centred care.
- Participate in team coordination and leadership activities as delegated, including an on-call roster.

About You We're looking for Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality care and who value teamwork, professional development and continuous improvement. Whether you bring Endoscopy experience or experience in a day surgery/procedure setting, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your specialist skills.

- Clinical knowledge and experience in Endoscopy, day surgery or a procedural setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking,



decision-making and time management skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and ongoing learning.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About Us The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department.



We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine. We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
