Registered Nurse Job

At Family Medical Practices, we provide ourselves on delivery exceptional evidence-based care. As part of our friendly, family-first team, you will play a vital role in helping our patients feel safe, cared for and valued.

What you will be doing:

- Providing compassionate patient care, including procedural assistance and wound management




- Supporting chronic disease management
- Collaborating with our team on quality improvement initiatives
- Using your immunisation skills and experience to keep our community healthy
- Managing ordering and stock to keep things running smoothly
- Assisting with the practice accreditation cycle

What we are looking for:

- Recent nursing experience (General Practice experience is a bonus, but not essential!)
- Familiarity with Best Practice software is preferred
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably a nurse immuniser
- Current AHPRA registration and CPR/BSL certification
