We're now bringing that standard to the Gold Coast for the first time, and looking for the person who wants to help build it.

The Role

We're launching Utopiya on the Gold Coast for the first time, and you'd be one of the first two nurses building it from scratch.

This is a mobile role: using your own car, you'll deliver IV therapy at our partner locations (hotels, wellness centres and similar) and directly to clients' homes and offices across the region. Just as much as the clinical work, you'll be out meeting people, building partnerships, and bringing new clients on board. You'll be backed by our brand and our team, but this role calls for someone strategic, an excellent communicator, and genuinely great with people.

This role suits someone who wants more than a clinical job — someone who wants to grow fast, learn directly from an experienced clinical and business team, and be genuinely rewarded — financially and professionally — for what they help build. You won't be doing this alone:



you'll be working alongside another nurse building the territory with you, with the potential to grow into a lead role as it scales.

Non-Negotiables — You Must Bring All of the Following

● Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse — no exceptions

● Your own reliable car — this is a mobile role, and you'll be driving to partner locations and clients' homes and offices across the Gold Coast, every day

● Proven, confident IV cannulation skills — this is day-one work, not something we train

● A genuine drive to grow beyond clinical work — you're excited by relationship-building, client acquisition, and being strategic about how a business grows

● Exceptional communication skills and a warm, engaging personality — people remember you after one conversation

What You'll Own

● Clinical delivery — administering IV therapy safely and confidently in mobile (and eventually clinic) settings

● Client relationships — from first contact to long-term retention, you set the tone

● Growth — building the local partnerships and client base that turn this into a thriving territory

● Standards and culture — as one of the first people here, you help define what "the Utopiya standard" looks like on the Gold Coast

Experience
