As a Kitchen Attendant, you will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment while supporting a fast-paced hospitality operation. Working closely with outlet employees and the wider Kitchen Team, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver on patron requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team environment while developing your skills and experience in hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen in line with Canterbury’s standards of excellence. Assisting the Chef team with preparation and general kitchen duties. Ensuring safe work practices with a particular focus on Work, Health and Safety. Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing facilities and associated kitchen equipment.



Demonstrate understanding of food safety and Work, Health and Safety standards. About You

Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment. Ability to multitask effectively, prioritise tasks, and remain productive whilst working in a fast paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Food Handlers Basic Certification. Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The Perks!
