Good Brew is a specialty coffee drive-thru with a growing local following, and we're looking for energetic, customer-first people to join our Dubbo crew. Key responsibilities

Taking orders and serving customers with speed and a smile Making great coffee (barista training provided if you're new to it) Keeping the front of house running smoothly during busy periods Working as part of a close, supportive team About you

A genuine people-person with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual - we start early Available across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential Quick Food Industry Award rates Real progression opportunities - several of our current team have moved up into supervisor and management roles
