First point of contact - bring your smile Book appointments, follow up contact and assist customers with queries Proactively communicate with customers Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships About You:

Good computer skills are essential Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience truly means Well-presented and professional presentation Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced,
