The Chance Working alongside experienced Relationship Managers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the management and growth of a diverse commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management of a portfolio of commercial and business banking clients

Prepare high-quality credit submissions, financial analysis, and risk assessments

Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact

Assist with structuring lending solutions and supporting new business opportunities





Participate in client meetings and site visits to better understand customer needs

Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client outcomes

Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high standards of risk management

About You

Experience in commercial banking, business banking, credit analysis, accounting, or financial services

Solid financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Ambition to progress into relationship management, portfolio management, or senior credit roles
