Venue Manager

this could be your next big move. THE ROLE

As Venue Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of iPlay Tenpin City Lidcombe, leading a team that delivers exceptional experiences across

league bowling, social bowling and arcade entertainment . Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be hands-on, commercially focused and passionate about creating a venue that guests want to return to again and again. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and inspire a high-performing venue team Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue Drive the performance and growth of

league and bowling operations Ensure exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences Manage rosters, labour costs, inventory and venue resources Oversee reporting, budgets, stock control and ordering Monitor venue performance and identify opportunities to improve results Build strong relationships with league bowlers, social bowlers and regular guests Lead from the front during busy periods, events and peak trading times Ensure high standards of safety,



cleanliness and compliance Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential Work closely with the Regional Manager and wider leadership team to achieve business goals ABOUT YOU

You’re a

people leader, problem solver and all-round good time enthusiast

who knows how to get the best out of a team. You’ll bring: Strong knowledge of bowling operations , particularly league bowling, with a genuine understanding of what drives a successful bowling centre Proven leadership experience in

bowling, entertainment, hospitality, retail, leisure or a similar fast-paced environment A hands-on leadership style and a willingness to get stuck in Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance Excellent communication and people-management skills Confidence managing budgets, labour costs, stock and reporting Positive working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel The ability to remain calm, positive and solutions-focused under pressure Confidence around arcade games and interactive entertainment Flexibility to work across

days, nights, weekends and public holidays Ideally, qualifications such as

RSA, RMLV, Food Safety Supervisor
