Position : Part-Time Barista/All-Rounder

Location : Chouquette, New Farm, Brisbane

Employment Type : Part time (2 shifts per week, including weekends)

About Us Chouquette is a vibrant French-inspired bakery and café in the heart of New Farm, Brisbane. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coffee, delectable pastries, and outstanding customer service in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee Preparation : Expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.

Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience.

Shop Operations : Open and close the shop efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.

Cleaning & Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.

Waste Management : Take out bins as necessary.

MarketShifts : Participate in Saturday/Sunday market shifts as required.

Money Handling : Process payments accurately and manage the cash register.





Kitchen Assistance : Perform basic kitchen-hand tasks during downtime or as needed.

Requirements

Experience : A minimum of 6 months of barista experience is essential. You must be confident in operating coffee machines and producing consistently excellent coffee.

Availability : Weekend availability is mandatory.

Employment Details This role will be offered under a part-time employee agreement. You will work approximately 2 shifts per week, including weekends. Additional hours may be available during peak periods or for market events.
