an admitted solicitor ; have a
minimum
of
3 years (or more)
experience in
commercial litigation ( preferably including some
intellectual property litigation but not essential); have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+advocacy and negotiation skills; have an
entrepreneurial spirit
& willing to participate in business development/marketing; are
