This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming patient experience and being part of a busy and collaborative practice., As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be responsible for helping the practice run smoothly while providing friendly and professional service to our patients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly first point of contact
Managing patient appointments, bookings and enquiries
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Managing patient records and updating information
Processing payments and handling general administrative duties
Liaising with dentists,
Dental Assistants and the wider practice team
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
Providing an exceptional patient experience at every interaction
