North West Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Patient Transport Driver to provide safe, reliable non-clinical transport for patients across Mount Isa and the North West region. You will support patients attending appointments, transitions home after discharge, and access to essential health services. You will work with Chronic Disease and Community Health teams to reduce barriers to care, maintain professional conduct, and ensure a culturally secure experience for all patients and families
