About the Opportunity

Based in Brisbane, the Quality Control Manager will ensure a protected, accurate and effective control of the quality of incoming and manufactured products, accordingly to specifications and defined quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Accept incoming goods and the release of manufactured products, including stopping all good if judged non-confirming
- Ensure the respect of Specifications, Corporate and Local Testing Methods, Procedures and Guidelines
- Ensure the continuous control and calibration of testing equipment
- Provide solid support and cooperation with the Production department
- Promote and implement actions to establish and maintain a safe, sustainable, clean and




- Prepare all the documents and information for Internal and External Audits
- Supervise the QC staff and manage the workload
- Proactively cooperate with the relevant Corporate Departments, particularly R&D.;

What You Bring

- Previous working experience in leading QC in a manufacturing facility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and autonomy when it comes to decision making
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven experience in conflict mediation and management
- Sensitivity to economy, safety and environmental sustainability.
