We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Creator to join our passionate team!
n
The role is hands‐on and varied, covering social media content, video editing, graphics, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, while helping shape how the EQC Institute brand is presented online. Working closely with our marketing team and manager, there will be clear direction around campaigns and brand priorities, along with plenty of room to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Creating graphics, videos, Reels, TikToks and social media content
n
- Editing existing photo and video content using CapCut or similar tools
n
- Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
n
- Developing current content ideas and supporting campaigns
n
- Keeping the brand consistent, current and engaging online
n
- Helping grow engagement and awareness across our social channels
n

About you

We're looking for someone with a robust eye for content and a valuable understanding of what works across social media.
n
Ideally, you'll be:
n

- Confident creating and editing short‐form video
n
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
n
- Happy to appear in social media content and videos when needed
n
- Creative, organised and able to work to deadlines
n
- Able to turn existing content into something fresh and engaging
n
- Comfortable contributing ideas and working as part of a team
n
n
CapCut, Canva or similar content creation tools will be a big part of the role. A portfolio or examples of your work will be required before starting the role.
