Dental Diagnostics is a Specialist Dental Imaging clinic in Brisbane. We are looking for a friendly and productive Cert IV qualified Dental Assistant with a Radiography licence to join our busy growing practice!

We cater exclusively to patients who require x-rays of the teeth, jaws and face. We specialise in providing the highest quality dental and orofacial imaging, with a relaxed and comfortable environment for both staff and patients. We have two state-of-the‐art locations: Chermside and Upper Mount Gravatt, and are open Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm.

We are seeking a friendly and tech savvy staff member to join our busy technical teams in a full time role. This position will be based at our Chermside clinic and will occasionally require some travel to our Upper Mount Gravatt location. You will be working alongside a highly skilled team of Office coordinators, Radiographers, and onsite Radiologists who all work closely to provide the highest quality service to both patients and referrers.

About the Role:

n

Taking high quality OPG, Ceph, and CBCT Scans

n

Working with Imaging software such as OnDemand 3D, Dolphin Imaging,



Osirix and more (expert training will be provided)

n

Provide friendly and compassionate patient care

n

Liaising with clinicians and assisting with their enquiries

n

Providing technical support for clinicians

n

Assisting with general clerical duties as requested

n

About You:

n

Certificate IV in Dental Assisting with an OPG Radiography licence is required. CBCT training will be provided

n

Previous experience with Dental Imaging - OPG and/or CBCT is required

n

Experience using Dental Imaging Software and/or the ability to learn new programs

n

High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail

n

Excellent communication and time management skills

n

Professional presentation, punctual and reliable

n

High computer literacy, including the ability to recognise and work with multiple programs and file types including Microsoft office, Outlook, DICOM files and Zip files

n

RIS/PACS Systems knowledge is desirable and will be highly regarded

n
