REVL Training Townsville - Group Fitness Coach

REVL Training is a hybrid style group training studio launching its first studio in North Queensland. We are opening in Garbutt in Townsville across from Domain Central at the end of October 2026 and are looking for coaches to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Coach group and 1:1 training sessions

Read the room and respect clients' needs and limits whilst pushing them to commit to more in their sessions

Work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at minimum for morning and/or afternoon shifts

About you

Certificate III in Fitness as a minimum

Some experience in coaching in a group or 1:1 environment is preferred

Ability to read a room and respect clients needs / limits

Availability to work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at minimum for morning and/or afternoon shifts





Reliable and bring a great atmosphere to the team

Training provided prior to opening

Upskilling opportunities throughout your time with REVL

Competitive casual rates and consistent hours available

Option to work under ABN available if desired

More hours available if committed and passionate to grow and learn within the brand
