We currently have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Year Apprentice Bricklayer for work in North Brisbane. This apprenticeship is a great chance to learn bricklaying skills on the job, including preparing work areas, laying bricks/blocks, and finishing work, while working toward a nationally recognised trade qualification.

The successful candidate will also gain exposure to other facets of the building trade with a small family team who work in the residential sector.

To be considered applicants MUST meet the following criteria:

Be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status

n

Physically fit

n

Sound attention to detail

n

Follow instructions well

n





Be willing to work overtime when required

n

Be willing to travel to different locations

n

Have the motivation/drive to succeed in the trade

n

Can retain information well

n

Be punctual, reliable and have a good attendance record

n

Have a positive attitude towards all aspects of the trade

n
