The role includes

- Diagnosing and repairing phones and tablets
n
- Completing screen, battery, charging-port and other common repairs
n
- Providing accurate repair quotations and professional customer service
n
- Selling phone accessories and recommending suitable products
n

Essential requirements

n

n
- Skilled phone repair experience
n
- Mobile phone or accessories sales experience
n
- Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
n
- Reliability, honesty and a strong customer focus
n
- Availability to work shopping‐centre hours, including weekends
n
