The Opportunity Reporting to the Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine, you will provide senior clinical and operational leadership while maintaining a significant clinical presence within the Emergency Department.

About You

n

We are seeking an experienced clinician who combines outstanding Emergency Medicine expertise with strong leadership capability and a passion for regional healthcare.

n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Specialist Registration with AHPRA
n
- FACEM; or
n
- FRACGP or FACRRM with advanced Emergency Medicine qualifications and substantial Emergency Department experience
n
- Demonstrated senior Emergency Medicine experience within Australia or a comparable healthcare system
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Commitment to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient-centred care
n
- Experience in education, mentoring, and workforce development
n
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
n
