About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Naturopath to join our team and play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our local community.

Working within our integrated pharmacy and healthfoods environment, you will provide evidence-based naturopathic advice, conduct customer consultations, recommend appropriate natural health solutions, and help customers achieve their wellness goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a naturopath who enjoys building meaningful customer relationships while contributing to a thriving retail health and wellness business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional naturopathic consultations and personalised wellness recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and health advice across a range of health concerns and wellness goals.
- Recommend practitioner-only supplements, complementary medicines, nutritional products, and lifestyle solutions.
- Support customers in achieving better health outcomes through education and ongoing health guidance.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across vitamins, supplements, health foods,



herbal medicines, and natural skincare.
- Assist with merchandising, stock management, ordering, and maintaining attractive healthfood and wellness displays.
- Contribute to achieving retail performance and category growth targets.
- Support health promotion initiatives, wellness programs, and in-store education events.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and the broader team to deliver integrated health solutions.Maintain professional and ethical practice standards at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Qualifications in Naturopathy, Health Science, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in retail naturopathy, health foods, wellness, or complementary medicine.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, and practitioner-grade supplements.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing.
- Confidence building rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
- Strong marketing and merchandising skills, with the ability to create engaging displays, promote key product categories, and drive customer awareness of health and wellness solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach to retail, education, and customer engagement.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
