As our solar division continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic, hard-working people to join our solar installation teams.

n

If you already have experience installing solar, roofing, construction or working as a Trades Assistant, we'd love to hear from you. We're also open to applicants who are new to solar but have the right attitude, are comfortable with hands-on work and are keen to learn.

No electrical licence or trade qualification is required. You'll work alongside experienced, licensed installers, with training and support provided to help you build your skills and progress within the industry.

n

For experienced installers, this is an opportunity to step into a well-established team with consistent work, overtime opportunities and a strong pipeline of solar and battery projects.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Assist with the installation of residential and commercial solar and battery systems
n
- Install racking and assist with panel handling, cable running and general site set-up
n
- Support materials handling, tool preparation and site pack-down
n
- Keep work areas secure, organised and tidy
n
- Assist other teams within the business with general labouring and support duties when required
n
- Follow safety procedures and site instructions at all times
n
- Represent Act Now Energy professionally when working with customers
n
- Continue developing your skills through practical,



on-the-job experience

What We're Looking For

n

n
- No electrical licence or prior solar experience required, full training provided
n
- Previous experience in solar, construction, roofing, electrical trade assisting or a similar hands-on role would be highly regarded, but isn't essential
n
- A genuine hard worker with a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Willing to learn, take direction and work as part of a team
n
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work and working at heights, including regularly working on ladders and rooftops
n
- White Card, or willing to obtain
n
- QLD Driver's Licence
n
- Working at Heights Certificate an advantage, with training provided for the right applicant
n
- Must have working rights in Australia
n
- Ability to undergo or provide a recent Police Clearance
n
