We're looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Burleigh Heads.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in their career and work towards P&C; Business Partnering. You'll gain hands-on exposure to employee relations, leadership coaching, remuneration, talent initiatives and organisational projects while working alongside an experienced People & Culture leadership team.

About the Role As our People & Culture Advisor, you will have the opportunity to partner with leaders and employees across the full breadth of our business - from corporate and creative teams at our Burleigh Heads office, to our retail stores, distribution centre, satellite office locations and wholesale support teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to further develop your well-rounded advisory skills and build your Business Partnering capability across diverse functions in a global consumer brand environment.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will:

Support the complete employee lifecycle

Coach and advise leaders on people matters

Help build an exceptional employee experience

Complete cyclical people processes and administrative tasks

Support talent acquisition and succession planning

Contribute to organisational projects and initiatives

About You You are a proactive People & Culture professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting leaders to achieve great people outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

At least 2-4 years' experience in a HR, People & Culture, Employee Relations or people-focused role

Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR practices

Confidence communicating with employees and leaders at all levels

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent attention to detail

Sound judgment and discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality

Experience using HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office suite

A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
