We’re currently looking for a Strata Manager to join a well-established property business in Surry Hills on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person. The Role

Responding to general strata enquiries Managing repairs and maintenance requests Responding to emails and phone enquiries Setting up and coordinating AGMs Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors General strata administration and support About You

Previous experience as a Strata Manager Robust communication and organisational skills Confident managing enquiries and day-to-day strata matters Able to work independently and hit the ground running Property IQ experience highly regarded Available to work fully office-based Eligibility

9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday Working arrangement:
