Henley Reid is exclusively retained by a leading investment and lending group to appoint a Finance Lawyer with approximately 2 years' PAE to join its legal team in Sydney.

The role provides broad exposure across the full lifecycle of financing transactions, including origination, structuring and documentation for real estate finance, private credit and leveraged finance, working closely with investment professionals and senior advisers.
