Manuka Resources Limited is seeking a Camp Supervisor to manage accommodation and catering at Wonawinta site. You will ensure effective and high-quality camp services, including meals and lodging for a large workforce working a rostered 9‑day fortnight.
You will lead a team of Cooks and Camp Attendants, implement food safety and HACCP standards, and coordinate administration, purchasing and rostering to maintain a productive, safe camp environment.
