About the role Activities and responsibilities across a number of commercial environments, including but not limited to playground builds, play equipment installation, decking, retaining walls, enclosed structures, concreting, drainage, wet pour rubber installations, garden prep, irrigation, planting, mulching, turfing, astro turfing, maintenance carpentry work. retaining walls & enclosed structures Garden prep, irrigation, planting, mulching & turfing Astro turfing & maintenance carpentry work Run small crews on-site and keep the job moving About you Completed apprenticeship in Carpentry or Landscape Construction Proven ability to run small crews in office and keep the job moving (Leading Hand position) Strong communicator with a proactive, forward‑thinking approach Reliable work habits - punctuality + consistency Equipped with your own tools and a manual driver's license Own a smartphone Hold a valid Construction White Card Hold, or is willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
