Sephora Mt Gravatt is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a 20+ beauty advisor team in a high-volume, premium retail environment. This full time role demands strategic leadership, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for luxury client service. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across categories. You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to deliver a first-class Sephora experience and surpass KPIs.
