Preparing accurate repair estimates using industry systems Assessing vehicle damage and repair methods Liaising with insurance companies and customers Ordering parts and managing job progression Working closely with workshop staff to ensure efficiency What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a smash repair estimator Strong knowledge of repair methods and parts Experience with quoting systems (e.g. Audatex / iBody / similar) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organisational skills What We Offer
