An experienced and enthusiastic Hospitality Trainer and Assessor role delivering nationally recognised hospitality qualifications. This position is ideal for someone with current hospitality industry experience who would enjoy supporting students to build practical skills, confidence and successful careers. Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging, industry-relevant training in classroom and practical environments Assess students in accordance with training package and regulatory requirements Provide clear feedback, guidance and academic support Monitor student progress and maintain accurate training and assessment records Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of learning and assessment resources Maintain current knowledge of hospitality industry practices and VET requirements Support a positive, inclusive and professional learning environment About you
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,
TAE40116 with the required additional credentials, or another accepted equivalent Relevant hospitality qualifications, ideally Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and/or Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management Current and relevant hospitality industry experience Sound understanding of competency-based training and assessment Robust communication, organisational and student-support skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous experience delivering hospitality qualifications within the VET sector is highly regarded Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience Supportive and collaborative working environment Flexible working arrangements The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' careers
