Your Role





Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end portfolio management

Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

Maintenance coordination

Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management

Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records

About You

We're looking for someone who has: 1 years experience in residential property management

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Solid knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

A proactive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
